The allocation of basic educational facilities in rural areas is related to people's livelihood,ensuring the basic livelihood of the people and building a well-off society in an all-round way.It is urgent to improve the basic public education service system.Rural education and rural schools show a gradual decline in the process of urbanization,which challenges the realization of the balanced allocation of compulsory education.The way out of rural primary schools has also become a problem that has to be faced in the process of urbanization.With the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the emphasis on the concept of educational equity,the development of rural primary schools will present a new situation.As a backward area of China's economy and facilities,mountain area is confronted with three contradictions between the demand and supply of facilities,benefit and scale,quality and quantity.It is particularly important to discuss the current situation of the rural basic education facilities and make a rational layout adjustment.In this paper,the rural primary school in Shanyang County of Qinba mountain area of Southern Shaanxi Province is the research object,and the use of rural primary schools and the adjustment of the school layout are studied.First,through the research background and the dynamic combing at home and abroad,the paper further confirms the urgency of the research on rural basic education facilities in the mountain areas,especially in the poor mountainous areas.Secondly,the rural primary school in Shanyang county is the research object,through the analysis of the status of the allocation of rural primary schools and the field adjustment of rural primary school use.From the spatial level,the scale level and the use feature three aspects,it reveals that the distribution pattern of rural primary schools in Shanyang county can not meet the needs of the school,the primary service range and the radius of the primary school far away from the town,the number of students and the number of the classes are small,and the utilization of the primary schools in the town periphery is better than that of the town.A series of characteristics and problems of primary school.Then,in view of these characteristics and problems,the analysis of the related factors is carried out,and it comes from the six aspects of topography,society,economy,policy,school itself and other aspects,of which topographic factors,economic factors and policy factors are the main factors affecting the use of rural primary school.In the end,under the policy of Rural Revitalization and education equity,village layout,immigration and other planning,and the case reference of rural school allocation at home and abroad,the paper put forward the scale standard suggestion,the layout adjustment suggestion and the optimized development measures of the rural primary school in Shanyang county.The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems in the use of the rural primary schools in Shanyang County,and to further analyze the causes of the problems,and finally put forward the optimal adjustment strategy suitable for the rural primary schools,in order to provide reference for the planning.
