Research On Investment Risk Management Of Expressway Project

With the increasing scale and quantity of freeway construction projects,people gradually pay attention to some characteristics of this project,such as high investment,large amount of project,long construction time,difficult construction and so on.This brings more risk factors to the project investment process,which brings great difficulties to the risk management of expressway project investment.Under the background of the current market environment and economic environment,how to effectively identify the risk factors in the investment process of the expressway project,and to make a reasonable and feasible risk response under the conditions of ensuring the quality,progress and safety of the project is the focus of the project investors and the relevant management departments.Based on this background,this article discusses the risk management of expressway project investment from six parts.The first part describes the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and analyzes the related research status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research methods and ideas.The second part introduces the related concepts of risk management theory,describes the relationship between investment risk and investment income,summarizes the general process and methods of project investment risk,and provides theoretical support for risk management in highway project investment.The third part describes the characteristics of project investment risk based on highway engineering project.This part analyzes the current management mode,the main problems and the future development trend of the expressway in China,and discusses the investment risk sources of the expressway project from multiple angles and many sides,thus forming a comprehensive perspective on the risk of the project investment.The fourth part builds a risk assessment model of project investment according to the established risk index system.In addition,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for solving the model is introduced in detail,and the risk prevention and countermeasures are put forward to provide new ideas for the risk management of the investment in the highway project in China.The fifth part analyzes the investment cases of a proposed highway project.The feasibility and applicability of the model is verified through the analysis of risk assessment model constructed in this paper.The sixth part expounds the main conclusions and defects of this paper.It provides a way of thinking for future research direction.In view of the application of investment risk management in expressway project,this paper puts forward a practical and reasonable risk coping strategy to enhance the awareness of risk prevention and improve the management level of project managers.This provides a reference and reference for the future management of investment risk management in expressway projects.
