With the "13th Five-Year" implementation of the plan,"The Belt and Road" strategy and the "central" special meeting held,have put forward new goals,new tasks and new requirements for infrastructure construction,rail traffic engineering as part of the infrastructure,but also ushered in the good development opportunities,but also brought new pick War.With the development of urban construction and the increase of traffic pressure,the development of urban rail transit has become one of the important ways to solve the traffic problems of the big cities and maintain the sustainable development of the city.However,the subway project is mostly in the downtown area of the city,and the surrounding construction environment is complex,the site is limited,the adjacent buildings are more close and the distance is close to the foundation pit,which makes the construction difficulty and the risk of the foundation pit project increase.How to identify the risk factors in the construction of rail traffic engineering,how to select the reasonable risk evaluation index,and how to establish the risk assessment model for the subway construction engineering,are one of the urgent problems that the researchers in the subway engineering community need to solve urgently.First,this paper systematically expounds the related theories of risk management and fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation,including the content of risk management,the process of risk management,the characteristics of risk management and the establishment of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Secondly,taking the risk management process as the main line,based on the risk management theory,risk management system and Fuccy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),take the 03 mark of Urumqi Rail Transit Line 1-the construction of the subway station of the Erdaoqiao to the bazaar,is the research object and the basis of the existing theoretical research results of the construction risk management.At the same time,through field investigation and expert investigation,we collect the risk factors that may exist in the construction project of the foundation pit of the subway station of the Erdaoqiao,and take the Fuccy AnalyticHierarchy Process as the basic method of the risk assessment caused by the construction of the subway station of the Erdaoqiao,and make a qualitative analysis on the risk factors in the construction of the railway station.And quantitative comprehensive evaluation and analysis,and establish a Fuccy Analytic Hierarchy Process model.Finally,according to the results of fuzzy level comprehensive evaluation,the corresponding risk management suggestion measures are put forward in view of higher risk,which can reduce the harm caused by the risk,and can be used for reference for other types of projects.
