| In nearly 40 years since the reform and open policy, our country’s economy has been rapid development, at the same time domestic infrastructure and housing construction in China is growing at an alarming rate. Along with our country construction market with international practice and our people’s growing material and cultural needs, construction of our country present a complicated, comprehensive, large-scale, long-term change of new characteristics, it is for our country’s cost management has brought new challenges. In recent years, China’s engineering cost San Chao phenomenon and presents the resurgence of the state. This is because with the continuous development of construction industry in our country, the risk factors influencing the cost is in constant change, such as in the exchange rate changes, new risk factors such as the change of the economic form, under the influence of the uncertainty of the continuous enhancement of engineering cost, therefore in the project cost control must be the introduction of the concept of risk control. In this paper, from the perspective of construction unit, by taking the concept of risk control of engineering cost to implement the whole process of cost risk control, from identifying cost risk, cost risk list, this article analyzes the possibility and cost of risk, cost risk control model is established by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)method, the cost of the risk of possibility and harm to make a comprehensive consideration, and then the risk of the cost of the project is more scientific and reliable judgment, thus help project managers to determine the response strategy, to ensure the safety of the project cost. In addition this paper in a garden district as an example, the use of cost risk control model was tested, realized in the quantification of qualitative problems, then combined with the particularity of project cost risk cost risk countermeasures are put forward. |
