An Empirical Study Of Shenzhen Airport Air-logistics Park

Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid rise of e-commerce,China's modern logistics industry has developed rapidly.As an important part of the modern logistics industry,the aviation logistics has gradually developed with its advantages of high efficiency and quickness,and making the air cargo continuously increased.In recent years,China's air cargo traffic has been steadily increasing.The total cargo has increased from 7.532 million tons in 2006 to 15.104 million tons in 2016,and the throughput of mail and mail has doubled in just 10 years.The development of aviation logistics has received more and more attention,setting off an upsurge in the construction of air-logistics park in the airports,all over the country have invested in building air-logistics parks.However,the development time of air-logistics parks is not long whether it is from domestic or foreign.Relevant theories and technologies are still not mature,and a complete system has not yet been formed.Planning and construction are still at an exploratory stage and there is no corresponding reference and guidance.There are mainly two contradictions between the market demand and the development status of air-logistics parks.On the one hand,the development needs of air-logistics parks are very urgent.On the other hand,there are no reference standards for the construction of air-logistics parks.Therefore,it is essential to summarize relevant experiences and lessons by conducting an empirical research on air-logistics parks planned and constructed in China in the early stage.Shenzhen Air-Logistics Park as the earliest air-logistics park planned and constructed in China,is a rare example of empirical research on China's air-logistics park.It has experienced two rounds of special plan and has gone through 17 years of development.The total cargo has maintained a steady growth which has ranked fourth in the country consecutively for many years.By reviewing the construction process of Shenzhen airport air-logistics park,the characteristics of the development of the park are tapped from four aspects of land use scale,function,space layout and development and operation model,Combining the planning and actual implementation of the park,it analyzes the problems in the development of the park.By selecting the cases of air-logistics park which are having a long-term development phase and being built relatively maturely at home and abroad,this paper especially summarizes the relevant experiences of the development of the park from three aspects: land scale,function of park,and development and operation model,Combined with the empirical research of the Shenzhen Airport Air-Logistics Park,it aims to provide some research support and experience for other domestic park development.
