Research On The Layout Plan Of Zhengzhou Airport Harbor Logistics Park

With the implementation of the "One Belt and One Road" policy,China’s opening to the outside world is opening wider.To transport the outstanding products along the line to the Eurasian economic circle,it will be necessary to develop the domestic aviation logistics business.Zhengzhou has a superior geographical location and strong industrial advantages,with the rise of the Central Plains Economic Zone,Zhengzhou Airport has been developed and constructed.The air cargo logistics business at the airport is a major pillar for stimulating regional economic development.In the future,Zhengzhou Airport will have to build a ground logistics park with complete systems and complete infrastructure to support the development of the aviation business in Zhengzhou Airport,in order to expand its own shipping routes on international routes and develop international aviation business.At present,Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park relies on Xinzheng Airport and its own superior geographical position in the Central Plains,and puts forward the development goals of "one nuclear and three zones".Among them,the establishment of an international aviation logistics center and the development of an international aviation logistics business are among its top priorities.At present,the planning and construction of the Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park is in its infancy.This article aims at the operation and use functions of the Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park and plans the internal facilities of the Airport Logistics Park.From the perspective of specialization,we will create a logistics park with a reasonable spatial layout,agglomeration of industrial development,and the economic development of Central China.The research topic of the article is mainly divided into three parts:1.To determine the functional areas for the planning and layout of Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park.The article begins to analyze the overall background of Zhengzhou Airport,and analyzes the current operation status of Zhengzhou Airport from the aspects of geographical location,policy background,route conditions,and freight capacity.To find out the problems that existed and to take issue as a guide,determine the functional areas that Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park needs to build to solve these problems.2.Determine the future freight capacity of Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park.The freight capacity is a basis for planning the functional area of the Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park.Therefore,this paper is based on the cargo throughput of the airport logistics park in recent years.Using the gray prediction model combined with Matlab software,predict the freight demand in the next six years and use this as a benchmark to determine the scale of construction of each functional area.3.Determine the layout plan.In the layout plan,the improved system layout design method(SLP)was used for the layout planning of Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park.In the planning process,the overall analysis of various factors that affect the layout results.Analyze and set up the logistics relationship among the functional areas,the non-logistic relationship,and the overall relationship.Based on the overall relationship,draw the relevant map of the functional area,and finally determine the layout plan of the Zhengzhou Airport Logistics Park by calculating the area of the functional area.
