Research On Quality Control Of Rebuilding Project Of A Shipyard In A City

In recent years,with the steady development of China's economy,the development of the construction industry is also changing with each passing day.The building enterprise of our country has gradually expanded the scale,the scale of enterprises,the carrier companies continue to emerge,the number of personnel engaged in construction is increasing,the construction industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy,the quality of construction has gradually become the focus of attention.All kinds of construction enterprises must realize that the quality of the project is directly related to the safety of the state property and the people's lives,and more closely related to the enterprise's own development.On the basis of referring to a large amount of literature,combining with my study and understanding of the relevant theories of project management,the paper systematically studies the quality control of a project in a A dock.Firstly,this paper expounds the present situation of the research on quality management theories at home and abroad,introduces the contents and methods of the study,and systematically expounds the theory of quality management.On this basis,combined with the actual project of a shipyard in A City,the quality management of the project is analyzed,and the countermeasures to improve the quality control of the project are put forward.
