Research On Cultural Design Of Public Environmental Facilities "Shang Xia Hang" Historical And Cultural Street In Fuzhou

With the rapid development of the city of China's socialist market economy,the protection and development of historical and cultural streets not only become an important means to promote the development of local tourism,and is also an important way to inherit the local historical and cultural spirit and cultural life context.Public facilities as a historical and cultural ancient regional culture characteristics and humanistic spirit is an important part of historical and cultural streets of the design of the block style construction and city culture that is crucial.Study on the Chinese cultural design around the historical and cultural streets public facilities is still in the initial stage,the design of historical and cultural streets public facilities around the most close and material to meet the functional requirements,for practicality,integrity,cultural orientation,emotional interaction and other public facilities did not consider the cultural design principles and attention.The design methods for historical and cultural streets and public facilities have been unable to meet the users for the traditional historical and cultural streets interactive experience demand,and in line with the development of the contemporary era and the public environment facilities design cultural inheritance and dissemination of historical and cultural ancient culture spirit and humanistic life context has become an important focus of future planning and development of historical and cultural streets the.This paper takes Fuzhou "Hangzhou" street public facilities cultural design as an example,based on the on-the-spot investigation of Chongqing,Shanxi,Jiangxi,Yunnan and other places of historical and cultural streets and on the investigation of Fuzhou city "Hangzhou" historical and cultural streets public facilities were deeply studied and combined with writing to complete the public facilities of cultural design application practice.In Fuzhou "Hangzhou" historical and cultural streets public facilities cultural design as the starting point,first expounded the purpose and meaning of Fuzhou "Hangzhou" of public facilities design cultural streets.The concept of cultural design in historical and cultural streets public facilities on the basis of principle and value,combined with the specific case,the research on the status quo of Fuzhou "Hangzhou" street public facility design,found that there exists heterogeneity design,lack of humanistic care and insufficient cultural interaction.According to these problems combined with the "Hangzhou" street public facilities cultural design practice put forward in the design of early,middle and late stage of street public facilities cultural design method.Based on the inheritance of ancient cultural demonstration of public facilities design practice in Fuzhou "Hangzhou" of public facilities for the ancient cultural design of city history and culture for the cultural life of city residents of the rich,for the protection of historical and cultural blocks and development have long-term significance.For the study of public environment facilities of cultural design in historical and cultural streets,local residents need to protect the spontaneous participation,the government departments to fully cooperate with the appropriate commercial capital injection mode of cooperation gradually planning and development.I hope this paper can offer some reference to this,the local governments and residents,the design team and construction team,for historical and cultural streets public facilities design and cultural development and in-depth study to provide reference.
