Research On Renovation Strategy Of Wuyishan Shantytowns Based On The Evaluation Of Inventory Space Value

With the development of Chinese urbanization process,the phenomenon of construction land shortage intensified.Chinese urban planing transferred from the planning of incremental space to the planing of inventory space.So,digging the potential of inventory space is an important direction in the future.Shantytowns is a main type of inventory space in many Chinese cities,and it not only seriously affects the external image of the city,but also leads to many living problems because of the harsh environment inside it.This paper takes Wuyishan city shantytowns as the research object to explore the renovation strategy of shantytowns,in the backgrounds of the 13 th Five-Year state planning which pointing out making efforts to increase the shantytowns and the background of Wuyishan seeking to build overall tourism network.Wish that this paper can provide certain reference value for the similar shantytowns renovation work.This paper researched shantytowns renovation,assessment of inventory space value and evaluation of land use through the related researches from home and abroad,summarizing that the main founds at home and abroad mostly focused on macroeconomic management level and micro renovation design research,short of the middle level research.This paper use some evaluation factors of the evaluation system in the related researches and do some revise according to the characteristics of shantytowns in Wuyishan City.This paper assessed Wuyishan City shantytowns value from two dimensions including the land space and the architectural space.The paper designed the questionnaires based on the evaluation system and got the evaluation result of the land space and the architectural space through the questionnaire.Then the paper discusses the correlation between evaluation results and shantytowns renovation partition and type.And finally chose typical cases to discuss the renovation strategy of Wuyishan City shantytowns from two aspects which include the renovation mode and renovation guiding.The study found that assess the shantytowns space value from the land space and architecture space can better reflect the land use of shantytowns land and the buildings construction on the ground,based on which we can find different renovation types.Finally discuss the the renovation strategy from two aspects including renovation mode and renovation guiding.
