The theory of integrated cooling center was explained in the paper.Establishing overall efficiency indicators for phases of construction and operation including economic,social and environmental benefits,assessment model of overall efficiency was proposed with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive estimation model.With an instance,implementing suggestions was given in the paper.AHP and fuzzy comprehensive estimation model combined fuzzy math with the theory of AHP to set forward a fuzzy overall evaluation model through the system analytic hierarchy process(SAHP),which the weighted value of quality factors is obtained.Integrated cooling center is an new advanced technology in refrigeration field.SAHP and fuzzy model is associated with conditions of comprehensive estimation for integrated cooling center.Three layers of overall efficiency system were built in the paper,which included the goal layer,the rule layer and the efficiency layer.The goal layer means overall efficiency benefits indicator,and the rule layer includes 3 indicators of economic,social and environmental benefits.An integrated cooling center of office building in Beijing was estimated based SAHP and fuzzy model in the paper.According the conclusion,the quality of products for piping workshop prefabrication was the most important indicator in social benefits.Expenses on equipments and piping workshop prefabrication were the most important for economic benefits and even the contract risk,too.Energy and material cost were the most significant factors in environmental benefits.Suggestions on integrated cooling center were proposed that the quality of products for piping workshop prefabrication should been enhanced...
