Research On The Evaluation Of Vitality Of The Public Space Of Scenic-based Villages

In the background of the rapid development of China’s village tourism industry,more and more scenic-based villages are developed under the model of selforganization or other-organization.Due to the influence of tourism development,The form and function of the original public space in the resort based village contradicts the increasing demands of the tourists.Many spatial problems are exposed.In order to improve the present situation of the poor public space vitality in the scenic-based villages and promote the long-term development of the tourist industry in the village,the paper focuses on the study of the vitality of the public space of the scenic-based village.Establishing the evaluation system and use it to find out the problems in the village public space and optimize the low energy space.It provides references and models about optimization of the public space of the similar scenic-based villages.By studying and comparing the characteristics of traditional village public spaces and the general influence factors of public space vitality,this paper analyzes the scenic-based village public space characteristics and the special factors influencing the vitality of the scenic-based village.With the aid of the theory of space production,it is proved that optimizing the village public space can enhance the vitality of public space.Based on this,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of evaluating the vitality of public spaces in scenic-based villages.Reading a lot of quantitative researches on the vitality of the public space,summarizing the logic and indicators of the previous evaluation system,and combining the particularity of the public space in the scenic villages,this research initially build the evaluation system and preset index set.The evaluation system for the vitality of the public space of the scenic-based village is constructed through the issuance of two expert questionnaires,the index screening questionnaire and index weight questionnaire.The evaluation system is used in the public space of Guanhu Village,Shenzhen.By combing the status of public space in Guanhu,the research select appropriate space samples to evaluate,geting the result and analyze it.On the basis of the evaluation results of the public space vitality,founding out the problems in the space and puting forward the corresponding optimization strategies.This paper constructs the evaluation system of scenic-based villages public space vitality,which is applied to the public space of Guan Hu Village in Shenzhen,and providing the basis for the optimization strategy of village public space.through two expert questionnaires,and the index selection and the calculation of the index weight are carried out.The evaluation system and optimization strategy in this paper can provide some references for the similar types of scenic-based villages public space in other coastal scenic spots in Shenzhen.
