Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Scenic Village Landscape Based On AVC

In 2017,Zhejiang Province launched the “Wancun Scenic Area” action plan to create the best tourist destination in China for “Poetry and Painting Zhejiang”.At the same time,in the process of construction,some villages in the scenic spots lack comprehensive consideration of the village resources,economy and ecology,resulting in the phenomenon of resource waste,inconspicuous features,ecological damage and insufficient development momentum of tourism in the scenic spots.How to make the resources,economy and ecology of the villages develop balanced is an important issue for the development of the villages in the scenic spot,and it is also the main research content of this paper.This paper attempts to apply the AVC theory to the construction of scenic villages,and combines the analytic hierarchy process and the expert consultation method to construct a comprehensive evaluation system for village landscapes in AVC scenic spots.The villages are evaluated in terms of social,economic,and environmental aspects.By analyzing the attraction,the vitality,and the capacity of the villages in the scenic spots,make a series of planning and design to improve the weak points to solve the social,economic and environmental development problems of the villages in the scenic spots.This paper studies the basic theories of scenic villages and AVC theory from the perspectives of system theory and tourism planning ternary theory.(1)Explore the relationship between the development of villages in the scenic area and the three forces of AVC theory: Attraction —— Society –External contact of scenic villages,Vitality ——Economy——Development of timing,Capacity——environment ——Internal mechanism,Through the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process,the comprehensive evaluation system of village landscape in AVC scenic spots is constructed.(2)This paper analyzes the importance of the three forces and their indexs weights in the evaluation system,discusses the important influencing factors,and proposes the design strategies for the villages in the scenic spot: ecological priority,the formation of distinctive tourism market image,optimization of village service level,tourism branding development Develop and improve the management and operation system.(3)According to the evaluation and analysis of the village resources in Panyang Village Scenic Area,it will be positioned as “ecological health resort” in the tourism market,and plan for recreation trails such as fitness trails and mountain yoga,focusing on village landscape nodes,roads,water systems,farmland and other projects.Enhance,thereby improving the development of villages in Panyang Village.
