| As a new construction method,the prefabricated construction can improve the labor efficiency,shorten the construction period and reduce the pollution on the premise of ensuring the quality,which is beneficial to the development of China’s construction industry.At present,the prefabricated construction in China has not yet reached the world’s advanced level,and the lack of technological innovation capability is an important factor restricting its development.Enterprise is the main body of technological innovation.In recent years,there are more and more enterprises engaged in prefabricated construction in the market,but it is difficult to know what level of technological innovation capability these enterprises have in prefabricated construction.So,this paper takes the enterprises related to prefabricated construction as the research object,and evaluates its technological innovation capability in prefabricated construction.Firstly,on the basis of theoretical research about prefabricated construction and enterprise technological innovation,combined with the actual situation of the related enterprises engaged in prefabricated construction,this paper selects some representative and operational evaluation index,and establishes the evaluation index system of the technological innovation capability of the enterprises in prefabricated construction.Moreover,based on the patents and papers data of enterprises,a scientific quantitative processing method is established for qualitative indicators in the evaluation index system.Then,the applicability of the common comprehensive evaluation method is summarized and analyzed,and the grey relational analysis method based on AHP is selected as the basic calculation method.AHP is used to determine the weights of all levels,while grey relational analysis is used to calculate the score of technological innovation capability of enterprises.Combined with the evaluation index system and evaluation method,this paper sets up an evaluation model composed of five parts,namely,enterprise selection,data acquisition,index quantification,weight determination,and technological innovation capability score calculation.Finally,in order to verify the applicability and scientificity of the evaluation model,this paper selects six related enterprises engaged in prefabricated construction to carry out an empirical analysis.At the same time,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper provides suggestion and strategy for the technological innovation and development of the enterprises engaged in prefabricated construction. |
