Study On The External Environment Design Of Comprehensive Hospital Based On The Concept Of Rehabilitation Landscape

With the development of medical technology in China and the change of medical model,patients are no longer just focusing on the medical technology of hospitals when choosing hospitals for treatment.They also attach more importance to the choice of the external environment of hospitals and the need for hospital outdoor environments that are beneficial to physical and mental health.More and more urgent.The modern hospital rehabilitation landscape has gradually been recognized as a means of assistive treatment in hospitals.Relatively speaking,foreign countries,especially some developed countries,have increasingly matured their research on the landscape of such hospitals.There is no systematic study in China.This paper takes the concept of healing landscape as a breakthrough point to study the external environment design of the comprehensive hospital,taking the subjective and objective needs of the design of the external environment of the hospital as the starting point and the foothold of the research.On the basis of studying the relevant theoretical and practical data at home and abroad,first of all,the field survey was carried out on the comprehensive nature of the landscape types of the external environmental healing landscape,the quality of the healing landscape types and the post evaluation of the users in Nanjing comprehensive hospital.Secondly,the types of the external environmental healing landscape in Nanjing comprehensive hospital are not comprehensive enough,not only the setting of the healing landscape type is not perfect,the utilization rate is not high,the overall satisfaction of the healing landscape is not high,the rehabilitation of the landscape could not be fully played and so on,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.(1)The design strategy based on the utilization ratio of the external environment of the comprehensive hospital is mainly to strengthen the infiltration of the inner boundary space in the hospital,pay attention to the detailed design,increase the space elasticity,pay attention to the vertical design,use the grey space flexibly and make use of the corner space reasonably.(2)The design strategies based on the needs of the users of the external environment of the comprehensive hospital are mainly to create a psychological level of space model,create a physiological level of five sense experience,encourage sports,and create a garden suitable for the field.(3)The design strategy based on the sustainable development of the external environment of the comprehensive hospital is to strive for the sustainable development of the overall health of the users,the sustainable development of the layout of the planning space,the sustainable development of the ecological resources and the sustainable development of the regional culture.And then summed up the comprehensive hospital external environment healing landscape design method,and combined with the concept of healing landscape in Nanjing Pukou traditional Chinese medicine courtyard expansion project of the application of the practice.Finally,the main conclusions of this study are summarized,the deficiencies in the study are put forward,and the future research is prospected,which will provide some reference value for the future related design and research.
