The safe operation of EMU is the eternal theme of railway transport,scientific,standardized and efficient means of troubleshooting is top priority in guaranteeing the safety for the railway.At present,the two basic methods of EMUs overhaul work depend on manpower to carry out?Because the difference of overhaul workers' quality and experience,it always lead to the occurrence of fault detection and misjudgment,so it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy and efficiency of the detection results.The bogie is one of the most important parts in the structure of EMUs,overhaul workers' are required to drill and crawl into EMUs bottom for special components.The overhaul mode is not only increasing labor intensity but also threat to personal safety.Second,with the increasing number of EMUs overhaul maintenance work and expending of overhaul space,the traditional overhaul work order management has been unable to cope with the above change,It's an urgent problem in modern development process of EMUs overhaul that how to apply information technology to scientific and rational transform of automation and information.The rapidly development of mechanical fault diagnosis technology and information management system technology provide a strong technical support for solving the above problems.In this thesis,system combine image processing technology and information technology to upgrade and optimize the daily overhaul and management of the bottom parts of EMU.This thesis analysis the related technologies of mechanical fault diagnosis and the development of railway information firstly,and clarifies the background and significance of this thesis.Secondly,on the basis of key technology of information and fault analysis of the conclusions,the thesis carry con the outline design of the system.Then,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the fault image before,the thesis select the existing mature algorithm to process and verify fault image.According to the effect of the preliminary processing,the algorithm is modified and finalized.Finally,this thesis systematically designs and realizes the system requirements according to the previous system requirements,and uses JNI technology to realize the call of C++ code by JSP system.The development of Design of Auxiliary Analysis Management System for Abnormal Components of EMU Bottom can not only realize the use of computer image processing technology to diagnose the health status of the bottom components of EMU,but also complete the information management of the work order and fault record.To some extent,it improve the work environment of overhaul worker,increase the efficiency and accuracy of overhaul,provide support of information construction of EMU overhaul,provide guarantee of EMU operating safely.
