| Through the research of large-scale construction project,it has the properties of large-scale information and complicated construction.Most of the enterprise data reports are filled manually.The system has not been widely used in the market.The application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)based data management has not been matured.This paper proposes a BIM based building facilities information management system,which can be used to the all life cycle of the construction.In the planning stage,analysis is carried out to improve the overall planning scheme.In the design stage,the space facilities and equipment are planned in advance to improve the space utilization.In the construction stage,the system is used to reduce engineering changes.In the operation and maintenance stage,the system manages the whole process of project operation and maintenance.The system is developed by Eclipse,My SQL,Navicat For My SQL,BIMFACE,ECharts and Revit.The web application is built based on the SSM framework(Spring+Spring MVC+Mybatis),combined with JSP(Java Server Pages),JS(Java Script),Servlet and other technologies.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)Building facilities information management system based on BIM is constructed to realize the automatic inspection of equipment and the whole process of data tracing.(2)The system uses SSM framework to develop the program,and makes full use of the advantages of lightweight web framework to make the system program easier to develop and code lower coupling.(3)In this paper,the basic research on the combination of environmental monitoring and BIM system is carried out,which makes the system function more perfect.Through the research of this paper,the building facilities information management system based on BIM solves the problems of low efficiency of data exchange in construction projects,and provides some reference for building facilities informatization. |
