Study On The Design Of Rural Residential Buildings In Bashang Area Of Hebei

China is a large agricultural country,rural areas of the people's livelihood and national development are closely related,and it is the most direct reflection of farmers' housing problems.The residential building in rural areas is not only a place for farmers to produce and live,but also a spiritual home for the living.The design level is directly related to the overall quality of the rural residential buildings and the comfort level of the residents,so it is very urgent and necessary to study the design of residential buildings in rural areas.This paper tries to find out the guiding strategies and methods for the design of rural residential buildings in Hebei Bashang area from the user's point of view,relying on the production and living habits of the farmers and combining the related design theory and method.The thesis begins with the present situation of the local residential building,extracts the characteristics of the residential building style in this area,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the residential building through the collection and arrangement of the survey data,and provides a reference for the design principles and the refining design methods in the later period.The influence factors of rural residential buildings in Hebei Bashang area through the analysis,find the development trend of residential building design,to guide the design trend.Finally,by summarizing and analyzing the previous research results and combining with the theory and method of contemporary residential architecture design,it puts forward the design principles based on humanization,regionalism,diversity,economy,innovation and simplification,and summarizes the planning and design,the type and area of the building,the plane design,the section design and the facade design.The specific design methods of energy saving and ecological design,and confirms the design strategies and methods through program analysis.Involved in Bashang area of Hebei large village,rural residential building types are not the same.Each type of residential building should be reflected in the layout of the plane in the center of the hall,the center of the courtyard or the core of the specific space.At the same time,the adaptability of the residential building should be strengthened through the adjustment of the plane layout and the elastic transformation of the space.The current residential buildings,such as rest,living,kitchen,storage and production functions,increase the function of convenience,enhance the insulation performance of the entrance space,separate the various functional areas of the hall,continue the traditional bedroom space form of the Kang Kang,and create courtyard space adapted to the local production and life.In order to reduce the loss of energy,the type of single single yard residential buildings and the "one" type and "L" type layout are suitable for the choice of economical and reasonable residential land and building area.The increase of passive energy saving technology and the use of high insulation of green building materials.
