Research On The Energy Efficiency Design Optimization Of Residential Building In The Rural Area Of Xi’an

China is a big agricultural country which was characterized by its owngeography, culture and history, having rich recourses in rural area. Living space perperson in rural residents is larger than in urban residents. With the continuousdevelopment of social economy and rural economy, rapid urbanization process in Chinaand the rapid increase in housing construction of rural areas. The residential buildingsand energy consumption are growing rapidly with characteristics of large amounts, highproportion, low inefficient of energy and heavy pollution.The essay is based on the understanding of the development of domestic andforeign residential energy efficiency optimization. The research investigates the statusof existing housing conditions and building energy efficiency optimization in the ruralarea of Xi’an. To find out the problem which this exists in residential construction,energy efficiency and current statue of energy efficiency optimization in Xi’an ruralresidential area. To analyze the technology of the residential construction of energyefficiency optimization which based on the impact of residential energy efficiencyoptimization and in Xi’an rural area. To propose the residential energy efficiencyoptimization plan which based on theoretical and practical analysis. And to testify theproposed scheme properly for the optimization of energy-efficient residential buildingsand levels of energy-efficient building technologies and construction economy whichwas proved suitable for the development of which has practical promotional value ofrural areas in Xi’an separately from two aspects. Finally to verify the effectiveness of itsenergy efficiency through soft ware simulation.In this paper, the government administrative agencies provide a reference fromall levels to promote energy-efficient housing energy efficiency optimization. The research of the paper has important value for the construction and development ofrural energy efficiency of residential buildings in cold regions and provide relevantpolicies of residential energy-efficient development for the regional governmentadministrative departments.
