A Case Study On The Design Practice Of The New Residential Building In Rural Areas Of The TuanshanSi Town At Shishou In Hubei Province

In Hubei,the TuanShanSi Town of Shishou,located in Hunan and Hubei at the junction of the Yangtze River along the coast.It is a typical traditional agricultural areas in Jianghan Plain,where was the old course of the Yangtze River,developed water systems,fertile soil,animal and plant resources,has a "land of plenty" in the world.Since the reform and opening,China has been experiencing the largest ever building renovation,showing a new look in urban and rural areas.As the largest quantity of residential buildings,that reflect the interaction between human activities and geographical environment.How to make the dwelling building embrace the modern civilization.At the same time,to response the local climate and traditional culture that is the contemporary architectural design practice is not open around the times topic.However,the construction of Tuanshan town’s architectural practice is not optimistic in Hubei Province.More and more of our national culture and traditional architectural wisdom of the residential form was abandoned,Instead of the lack of ecological concepts,of the lack of cultural value of the so-called thin modern building or superficial European-style,antiquebuilding.Ofcourse,many reasons for this situation,generally in the n ational rural.The development of rural residential building has not been the same attention with the urban residential buildings,and mostly self-built housing,simple imitation and plagiarism makes housing forms are the same,some scholars called the imitation of this shallow-rooted on excellent gene simple traditional buil dings abandoned and simulating the appearance of modern Renaissance culture [1].In addition,the inconvenience of building function,structure and materials will eventually turn into a vicious consumption of energy and the environment,which makes the rural areas,especially in the nature reserves,pay a heavy environmental cost in the future development.In this paper,the Egret Nature Reserve at Tuanshansi town of Shishou in Hubei province as a base to start the practice and research.On the one hand: to explore the new rural residential development,how to make residential more low-carbon,ecological.Reduce the residential buildings in the construction process and the use of the process of environmental damage.On the other hand: It is hoped that the study of the new residential building can provide the correct guidance for the farmer to build the house,raising the quality of residential buildings to "land of plenty" fit height.It helps to achieve the traditional green development of rural areas leap-style development.Finally,I hope that this study of the new residential areas in rural areas can play a role,so that more people pay attention to the construction of rural housing.
