With the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid iteration of technology and equipment,the ability of equipment manufacturing companies to respond quickly to the needs of complex and changing markets has become an important guarantee for their sustainable development.Constructing a systematic rapid response capability evaluation index system and selecting a scientific evaluation method are critical for the identification of equipment manufacturing company's rapid response capability and the formulation of response capability improvement strategies.However,the current research on the rapid response capability evaluation of equipment manufacturing enterprises is relatively lacking,and the existing evaluation methods have certain limitations.This paper takes the equipment manufacturing enterprise as the research object,based on the Hall threedimensional structural model,constructs the rapid response capability evaluation index system from the four dimensions of demand management,product design,procurement management and collaborative manufacturing;at the same time,an evaluation model for rapid response capability of equipment manufacturing companies based on BP neural network is established.The responsiveness assessment model provides a scientific basis for effectively evaluating the rapid response capabilities of equipment manufacturers and improving their rapid response capabilities.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,an overall study on evaluation of rapid response ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of supply chain management,the characteristics of equipment manufacturing companies are studied,a rapid response process model for equipment manufacturing companies is established,and the rapid response status and existing problems of equipment manufacturing companies are analyzed,and the key to this research is discussed.The overall plan of the paper is then proposed.Secondly,establishing an evaluation index system for rapid response ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Based on the demand response process and Hall three-dimensional structure model,the rapid response ability evaluation indicators are selected,statistical analysis techniques are used to screen the evaluation indicators,reliability of the indicators is analyzed through reliability and validity analysis,and an evaluation index system for rapid response ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises is finally constructed.Then,a rapid response ability evaluation model based on BP neural network is established.Based on the comprehensive comparison of the current rapid response capability evaluation methods,combined with the fuzzy and non-linear characteristics of the influencing factors,and the multi-level and uncertainty of the evaluation process,a rapid response ability evaluation model for equipment manufacturing enterprises based on BP neural network is constructed.This model enhances the objectivity of weights and improves the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation result.Finally,the constructed index system and evaluation model are applied in practical cases to verify the rationality of the index system and the effectiveness and feasibility of the equipment manufacturing enterprise's rapid response capability evaluation model.At the same time,it is to explore the factors that affect the ability of M company to respond quickly,and then provide management measures and suggestions for improving the ability of M company to respond quickly.
