Research On The Application Of The Quality Inspection Information Management Cloud Platform Based On BIM

As a hotspot of information technology in the construction industry,BIM technology has the characteristics of integration,synergy and visualization to meet the needs of quality inspection information construction,BIM technology provides technical support for the information management of testing institutions.This paper takes the project of civil engineering college of a university in Handan City as the background,and the information transmission system of the testing company's information system participating in the project is not timely,the information sharing is poor,and the cooperation is not strong,combined with the management method and working procedures of the testing company,a BIM-based quality inspection information management cloud platform is constructed,realize the dynamic management of the inspection process and the integrity communication of the detection information.The main contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The current status of domestic and international applied research on quality inspection information system and BIM is analyzed,introduced the concept and architecture of the BIM cloud platform,combined with the management background of the testing company and the insufficiency of the information system,the requirements and functions of the BIM-based quality inspection information management cloud platform are expounded.(2)According to the engineering characteristics of a civil engineering college project in a university in Handan City,establish a BIM model that meets the quality inspection management requirements of the project,combined with the testing company's workflow,built a BIM-based quality inspection management cloud platform,and proposed the operation mechanism of the cloud platform.(3)The application effect of BIM cloud platform in the quality inspection management of this project is analyzed,and the feasibility of BIM-based quality inspection information management is demonstrated.The BIM cloud platform realizes the effective collaborative work of all participants in the detection process,and dynamically manages all aspects of the detection process.The BIM cloud platform implements integration and sharing of inspection information to ensure timely and efficient detection of information in the delivery process.Combined withthe advantages of BIM visualization,based on BIM model realize the detection position location,detection data visualization and special program visualization.All kinds of operations on the platform are traced and traced at any time,which effectively guarantees the accuracy of the test data and the fairness of the test work.The testing company expanded its testing business through the BIM cloud platform,improved the testing service level,and enhanced the market competitiveness of the testing company.
