The Research On The Informatization Cloud Platform Construction Of Group A

Compared with the development history of foreign auto parts enterprises in the past decades or 100 years,the development of domestic auto parts is relatively late,and most of them develop slowly from small workshops.Therefore,in the process of enterprise operation,most enterprises are faced with the situation of low automation of equipment,more manual operations,and low efficiency of informatization.But their customers are mostly foreign enterprise or Chinese-foreign joint venture,the closure of the management of auto parts enterprises demand is higher and higher,including product quality tracking,production delivery in time,information interaction is frequent,this requires the use of advanced information means integration of enterprise internal information,maintain integration with customers and suppliers,to ensure that the industry chain synergy,so that improve enterprise operating efficiency,meet customer requirement.This thesis mainly takes group A which is an auto parts enterprise as the research object.Base on the characteristics of the auto parts manufacturing industry,in the context of enterprise transformation and upgrading,through the analysis of group A are faced with the problem in the process of enterprise operation,combining research,telephone interviews and field visit factories to collect and analyze the problems existing in the group A.Aiming at these problems,a set of informatization solution is constructed to solve the problems in the operation process by analyzing and finding the root causes of the problems.As a representative enterprise of auto parts in China,group A also faces problems caused by the characteristics of the industry in the development process.This thesis uses professional analytical tools to analyze the current situation of group A by informatization situation analysis and Critical success factors(CSF)analysis,through analysis,the root cause of these problems of group A was found,that are the internal information formed and island,the external information could not timely interact with the customer information,and could not timely share with the supplier information.At the same time,in order to solve these problems,this thesis puts forward the construction scheme of informatization cloud platform of group A,and states the reason for the construction of the cloud platform,how to build and specific implementation roadmap.Finally,the thesis evaluates the effect of the new informatization cloud platform built by group A.This thesis based on the informatization cloud platform to build group A study,the results show that the informatization cloud platform of group A is feasible in the industry and its integration with group A of internal information system,to avoid the internal information island formation,but also by the mode of operation of cloud platform solves the data real-time interaction with customers and information sharing with suppliers,improve the industrial chain collaborative efficiency,strengthen the customer satisfaction.While finding new information management methods for group A,this study can also provide reference for other enterprises in the auto parts industry.
