Analysis And Application Of Assembly House

The assembly house is a new type of concrete building structure which is conducive toenhancing the construction technology and management level, improving construction efficiency,reducing resource and energy consumption, reducing the environmental pollution, achieving thesustainable development of construction industry, and then improving the construction quality andsafety level, improving the construction of the quality of the products, the most important is toimprove the construction industry the quality of the employees, to solve the labor shortage, whichpushes the construction project management system reform, realize the sustainable developmentof residential buildings. This paper consists of several parts as follows:(1) The concept of building modular coordination on the assembly residential apartmentlayout size are specified, optimization design of the layout size of Geng Yang Metro residentialapartment;(2) First of all to Geng Yang Metro residential building as an example, the principlecomponent analysis used in the separation of residential; second choice shear walls of three typesof test specimen, determine the assembled monolithic structure performance; finally the nodeshear wall, floor slab and staircase.(3) Compared with the traditional cast-in-situ precast two construction methods, summarizethe lower assembly overall project cost measures, combining various factors to determine theproject’s pre rational and concrete scheme suit one’s measures to local conditions, choose theappropriate technical solutions.
