The automobile manufacturing industry integrates many advanced technologies in the manufacturing industry,and is an important cornerstone of economic development and national defense construction.With the continuous development of modern technology,accurate and reliable manufacturing concepts will become an inevitable trend in the automotive manufacturing industry.As one of the four major automotive manufacturing processes,the final assembly process has an unshakable and important position.Currently,a large number of foreign automobile manufacturing enterprises have established a complete indicator evaluation system for the reliability of their own automobile assembly production systems.However,due to the late start in the construction of automobile assembly in China,the research on this aspect is still not perfect.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct a reliability index evaluation system for the final assembly production system that conforms to the situation of China’s automobile manufacturing industry.Firstly,this article reviews the relevant literature on system reliability theory,system reliability analysis,and evaluation methods,and finds that the current literature on the reliability of automotive assembly production systems is not in-depth enough.After that,based on automotive assembly literature,this article divides the automotive assembly production system into six subsystems,namely,process design system,process simulation system,vehicle body assembly system,chassis and powertrain assembly system,interior and exterior decoration assembly system,and assembly inspection system.Subsequently,this paper selects and analyzes the key impact indicators and mutual impact relationships of the reliability of the above six subsystems,and proposes relevant assumptions to build a theoretical model of the reliability impact relationship of the automotive final assembly production system.Secondly,this article collects data through questionnaires,and conducts reliability and validity tests and factor analysis on the obtained data.The structural equation model was used to conduct an empirical study on the reliability of the automobile final assembly production system.After two rounds of amendments to the structural equation model,the model passed the fitness test.According to the final results,the 14 theoretical assumptions proposed in this article are all valid,and from the path coefficient,it can be seen that the observed variables in the model also have a significant impact on their latent variables,indicating that the key evaluation indicators selected in this article have strong rationality.Finally,the reliability index evaluation system for the final assembly production system of steam vehicles is constructed.Thirdly,this paper uses the combined weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(AHP-coefficient of variation method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method)to comprehensively evaluate the reliability of the automobile assembly production system of S Complete Vehicle Factory under the index evaluation system constructed in this paper,and the evaluation result is "average".Finally,based on the evaluation results and combined with the characteristics of the automotive manufacturing industry,this article proposes countermeasures to improve the reliability of the automotive final assembly production system from the perspective of the development of the automotive industry and the management of the entire vehicle factory,such as establishing a peer communication platform,establishing a unified final assembly standardization system in the industry,strengthening the integration of industry resources,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of enterprise talents,optimizing the cooperative relationship between enterprises and suppliers,and increasing the investment in the research and development of enterprise final assembly technology.
