With the development of China's construction industry,these problems,such as labor shortage,natural resources and environmental protection,are becoming more and more significant,and building industrialization has become a new trend in the future.The industrialized production of prefabricated components is one of the core of building industrialization,and the research of key technology has a direct influence on the development of building industrialization.This paper systematically summarizes the process of prefabricated components in industrialized production,and the BIM technology,which improves the product quality,production efficiency,and management level,is applied in the industrialized production.The study mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,the processes of prefabricated industrialized production are systematically summarized based on experience summing-up method.Through field research,project participation,and literature learning methods,the process of production can be divided into three stages: deepening design,factory production,and component stacking.Deepening design is elaborated from four aspects,including design process,design content,design results and trial production.Factory production mainly summarizes the ring production line method and pedestal law.Component stacking is introduced from three stages of dump,including the entry,storage and exit.Secondly,a BIM database of prefabricated components is established through empirical research.On the basis of problems during the using process,overall planning and requirements analysis are carried out;then the modeling standards for BIM models are established,and the naming rules,data classification,basic information,and etc.are standardized;besides,the business processes of database are analyzed,and the data structure consisting of file servers and database servers is put forward,and key technologies are compared and chosen;furthermore,C++ language is applied in the development of database,and setting up with functions including resources,users,submittal,review,and version management,which also verifies the validity of theories in database construction.Thirdly,BIM technology is applied in the positioning optimization of prefabricated components' production.The information corresponding to the information of positioning process is extracted from the BIM model;the mathematical model of positioning,which is solved by the improved minimum horizontal line algorithm,is established;the algorithm is realized with computer logic flow chart,and thus the optimized positioning production flow is obtained;comparing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional positioning with those of BIM optimization positioning through one project data under case analysis method,it is found that that BIM optimization positioning has more advantages.Fourthly,BIM technology is applied in pre-assembly and yard management.The pre-assembly theory is based on the analysis of quality control points during installation site,in which the BIM design model is adjusted to the BIM production model according to actual measurement of prefabricated components,and the BIM production model is analyzed and processed timely after assembly,using collision detection,threedimensional roaming and construction simulation.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional one,the yard management is designed into threedimensional scheme from the perspective of layout and stacking methods.At the same time,the construction theory of information management system based on BIM is proposed and designed,which includes three functional sections for approaching management,daily management and shipping management.Besides,the yard management is implemented into six management activities including quality inspection,in-plant transportation,component stacking,daily inspection,shipping inspection,loading and distribution.Under the background of systematic analysis of prefabricated components in industrialized production processes,a BIM database in prefabricated components is established,which lays a foundation for the application of BIM technology in industrialized production.At the same time,the BIM technology innovation application is carried out with the key technical points of industrial production from BIM information,BIM model and BIM management,which improves the management level and production efficiency of industrialized production for prefabricated components,and ensures the product quality of prefabricated components.
