| Prefabricated construction has changed the traditional operation mode of the construction industry,which has the characteristics of low carbon emission,fast construction progress,green energy saving,and that is conducive to the realization of building industrialization.Under the encouragement of national policy,prefabricated construction have developed rapidly.However,the development of China’s construction industrialization is still in its infancy.At present,there are many problems in the production management of prefabricated components,such as low quality of components,low production efficiency of components,and untimely transmission of production data.Information technology is an important means to realize the construction industrialization.In this paper,JIT is introduced into the information research of prefabricated component production management system to solve the problems in the production management.According to the analysis of business requirements of prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises,this paper introduces JIT into the design of information management system,combines the characteristics of MTO of prefabricated components,and constructs the production management information system of prefabricated components based on JIT.First of all,based on the analysis of literature,this paper summarizes the development process of domestic and foreign prefabricated buildings,the production and management system of prefabricated components,and the research status of JIT theory at home and abroad.Secondly,the related principles and application of JIT and RFID technology are described,which provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the design of prefabricated component information management system.Then it analyzes the production process of prefabricated components,demonstrates the feasibility of the system combining JIT from the enterprise demand and technical feasibility,and designs RFID information naming rules and data collection process.Then on the basis of the whole design,we use IDEF0 design method to design the function modules of the information system.Furthermore,the main functions of JIT based prefabricated component information management system are realized with C / S network architecture,Microsoft.Net platform and access as database.Finally,the system is tested with the actual data import system of a prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise in Suzhou Industrial Park.Starting from the problems of untimely data transmission in the current production management of prefabricated building components,this paper introduces JIT into the design of the production management information system of prefabricated components,constructs the production management information system of prefabricated components based on JIT,and realizes the functions of equipment management and production management of prefabricated component production.Strengthening the information management of prefabricated component production,exploring the application of JIT theory in assembly component production management,and improving the efficiency of assembly component production management have certain guiding significance. |
