Disruption Management For Prefabricated Components Production Scheduling Considering Real-World Behavioral Participators

Abstract/Summary:
At present,traditional cast-in-place concrete is still the main construction method in China.Not only low production efficiency and quality problem,but also produces a large amount of waste water and construction waste which has a great impact on the environment with this method.Recent years,the state has issued a number of policies to promote prefabricated buildings,believing that green buildings can improve the current plight of China’s construction industry.The production of prefabricated components has a great influence on the prefabricated construction project.Therefore,optimization of the production process of prefabricated components can improve production efficiency,save cost,and improve the overall progress and quality of prefabricated construction projects.However,the current production management method has many shortcomings.On the one hand,the method of using the manual or ERP system to formulate the production operation plan is based on the distribution rules of experience summary,which is not only inefficient,but also unable to take into account the multiple objectives and constraints in actual production.There are many ways to optimize.On the other hand,the production of prefabricated components is usually affected by uncertain disturbance events.The emergence of these disturbances brings complexity to the original production scheduling system.The previous strategy of adjusting the production plan ignored the importance of human beings in the production system,so that the interference plan was not optimal or feasible.So,under the comprehensive consideration of the interests of multiple entities,it is beneficial to improve the comprehensive strength of the enterprise by restoring the production process with the least cost and disturbance.Considering the above situation,this paper focuses on the production process of prefabricated components,studies its production operation plan formulation method and the operation plan adjustment strategy under the interference situation.The main work based on this study is as follows:(1)Firstly,the production process of prefabricated components was sorted out based on literature and field research and compared with traditional manufacturing industry.Mading some summary of the characteristics of the production management of prefabricated components and the problems existing in the current methods.(2)Secondly,considering the possibility of intelligent optimization method from the deficiency of current production management method and a mathematical model of multi-objective scheduling optimization is established.The intelligent scheduling method of prefabricated components is proposed.Production scheduling is a NP-hard problem and this method is designed and solved by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm with strong applicability and fast solution speed.Aiming at the defect that particle swarm optimization(PSO)is easy to fall into local optimum,the idea of simulated annealing is introduced to improve PSO.(3)Thirdly,the assumption of classical production operation management is based on the "complete rationality" of human beings.However,the uncertainty in actual production will limit the rational decision made by the actor.Therefore,this study uses prospect theory to describe the effects of disturbance events on the behavioral subjects in the production process of fabricated prefabricated components,quantifies it with fuzzy theory,establishes the interference scheduling model based on the three actors,and uses the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve it.(4)Finally,according to the above mentioned production scheduling and interference scheduling model,the improved particle swarm intelligence optimization method is applied to verify the optimization analysis of a classical example.The results of this study will be beneficial to improve the production efficiency and management effect of prefabricated components manufacturing enterprises.On the one hand,studying the production planning method of prefabricated components is helpful for enterprises to improve the competitiveness of the industry.On the other hand,optimization of production planning decision can greatly enhance the anti-interference capability of component manufacturers.It is also a great help to the industrial upgrading of Chinese enterprises and the successful transformation of the manufacturing power.
