With the advent of the experience economy and the great development of the tourism industry in China.the small resort hotels have shown an explosive growth.Accordingly,the research on the small resort hotels is becoming a hot spot.Due to the particularity of the public space of the small resort hotels.experts and scholars at home and abroad are for the small resort hotel.The main performance of the research is to analyze the qualitative analysis from the perspective of the designers and the architectural thinking,from the regional culture,the surrounding environment and the spatial structure,and the quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the public space is relatively scarce from the user’s perspective.The public space of the type holiday hotel is the research entry point.Through the way of observation and questionnaire,we use the Likert scale to conduct a field survey on the behavior psychology of the person in space,and analyze the qualitative and quantitative analysis from two aspects of behavior pattern and psychological satisfaction.In the field of theoretical research,through the study of three aspects of small resort hotels,public space and behavioral psychology,the paper defines and studies the research process,analysis and construction of the research methods,and combines the public space of seven small resort hotels in four places,including Yangshuo,Mogan Mountain,Dali and Lijiang.The research object is to establish a relatively comprehensive and representative research system to analyze the behavior psychology of people in the public space of different types of small resort hotels,and to score the satisfaction of the factors that affect the space design.Through the data statistics and analysis,the analysis results are combined with the theoretical research.Summarizes the problems existing in the design of small resort hotels,and puts forward corresponding strategies for the problems.This article is divided into seven chaptersChapter 1: in the introduction,the author summarizes the origin and research background of the research topic,and makes a summary research on the current research status at home and abroad.On the basis of the previous research,it combines the existing practical problems in the small resort hotel,and puts forward the research direction and purpose of the paper,and carries out the research methods and framework.The analysis is explained.Chapter 2: for the basic research of this paper,the definition and composition of small resort hotels and their public spaces,and the influencing factors of space design are reviewed,which will lay a theoretical foundation for further research.Chapter 3: the relationship between the public space and the behavioral psychological space of the small resort hotel is discussed.Chapter 4:the investigation section,through the investigation of Lijiang,Dali,Yangshuo,Hangzhou four to seven at the resort of public space,the basic information of people as a prerequisite,respectively,through field observation,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interviews,from the two aspects of behavior and psychology.The on-the-spot investigation to the hotel public space and the corresponding analysis and research..Chapter 5: in the strategy part,the author first put forward the design principle according to the research results and analysis of the behavior psychology of the small resort hotel,and then analyzed and summarized the research content,and carried on the strategic inquiry.Chapter 6: the author carries out a practical inquiry into the application of relevant strategies through the design of a small resort hotel in slow house and gill Bay.Chapter 7: through the summary of the research method,the research process and the research results,the relevant conclusions are put forward.
