Mountain Area Of Ski Resort Architectural Design Exploration

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, living conditions and people’s ideas change, the leisure, tourism, vacation and other social demand rapid growth. Especially since 2000, with the rapid development of the tourism industry at the same time, the market structure has undergone profound changes, from the initial mode of travel to the public consumption based tourism, leisure, vacation, shopping to freedom, special experience, ext ension. In China especially has the special tourism resources of the city, leisure and tourism resort hotel is gradually increasing, while the high-end Resort and characteristics of experience based hotel is one of the fastest growing, most dynamic, which contains the in ice and snow activities themed resort hotel.Through continuous exploration and practice, China has been the development and construction of a lot of International Ski Resort Hotel, such as in Heilongjiang Province Yabuli Ski Resort, Ji Lin Beidahu Ski Resort, Wanda Changbaishan International Tourism Resort and I have full participation in the construction of Vanke Jilin Song Hua Lake International Resort. Although this kind of hotel has experienced years of development in domestic and foreign, but so far on this kind of architecture planning and design method is still not a systematic summary. This paper will try to through this work experience summary, do some useful work for the design of this kind of buildings. This article through to the domestic and foreign many mountain ski resort hotel(hereinafter referred to as the Ski Hotel) is studied, focusing on the experience accumulated in the process of this kind of architecture design in the induction and the summary, for the future of the Ski Hotel building from the project to the completion of the entire process to provide valuable reference.The full text is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction, mainly reviews the ori gin and development of Ski Hotel. Describes the purpose and significance of the research, and makes clear the research direction and content.The second chapter firstly puts forward the influencing factors of the Ski Hotel building, followed by the analysis of the impact of these factors on the architectural design of Ski Hotel, Ski Hotel, and finally summed up the characteristics of.The third chapter is the key chapter, combined with the characteristics of influence factors and the construction of the Ski Hotel, planning, from the early stage of the project location, site layout and puts forward concrete method.The fourth chapter is the key chapter of this thesis is, by analyzing the domestic and foreign many Ski Hotel case, summed up the method of architectural design of Ski Hotel.At the end of the article is the summary and Prospect of the Ski Hotel, made a bold prediction on the future direction and trend of the Ski Hotel, the hope for the future construction of the building to provide useful help.
