With the development of the city and the improvement of people’s living standards,the hotel industry has aroused a lot,and at the same time,various types of hotels,such as resort hotels,conference hotels,budget hotels,etc.,are increasingly in demand,which will inevitably give architectural design and bring new challenges and opportunities.As the demand for business communication continues to grow,people have gradually changed from a simple pursuit of material quality of life to a dual quality life of pursuing spiritual material,and the number of business resorts has increased.For business resort hotels,the public space has served as a business hub,catering banquet,recreation and entertainment,and is a top priority in its design.It is a transportation hub that displays hotel image and organizes people in addition to guest rooms.Based on the perspective of behavioral psychology,this article takes the public space of business hotel as the design object,and explores the elements of hotel public space that affect crowd activities by studying the relationship between guest behavioral psychology and business hotel public space.Firstly,clarify the connotation,classification and characteristics of the public space of business hotels,and secondly summarize the current construction status of the public space of business hotels and the problems that appear in the process of use by guests.With the support of relevant theories and domestic and foreign case construction experience,clarify the design mode and combination of business hotel public space,the flow organization of various groups of people in the public space and the handling of node conflicts,and propose the function of business hotel public space The key points of the design of public space of business hotel under the influence of the organizational relationship of the interval and the psychological influence of crowd behavior.Specifically,it analyzes the relationship between the behavior psychology of the space user and the public space of the hotel.The content involves the composition and shape of the space,the customer’s perception of the space and its behavioral needs,behavior patterns,behavior flow lines and so on.The article combines the author’s field research results with design practice,discusses the main points of hotel public space design from the macro,and then discusses the customer behavior psychology to guide the hotel public space design.The full text aims to influence the customer’s psychology and behavior through the public space of the hotel building,sum up the design principles of the hotel’s public space,and create a public space for hotel buildings that can bring people more comfort.
