Study On Resource Management Optimization Of Qingdao Qianwan Container Terminal Yard

With the rapid development of world economic globalization,the economic exchanges between trading countries have become more diversified,which greatly promotes the development of global import and export trade,especially the upsizing of container ships,and makes the Marine transport industry with container as the transport medium get rapid development.Qingdao port-the largest port of container trade in north China,has maintained a good development trend since the development of container business,making the trade throughput of container continuously climb.As a member of Qingdao port’s container terminals,Qingdao qianwan container terminal has developed rapidly with its convenient transportation conditions and favorable industrial policies.As an important part of the wharf,container yard is an important place for centralized handling of loading and unloading containers.The capacity to process containers per unit time is an important embodiment of the operation efficiency of container yard,which directly affects the production and operation efficiency of the whole terminal.However,problems such as unreasonable layout of space resources,high turnover rate of container yard and unreasonable utilization of mechanical equipment resources have been restricting the operation efficiency of container yard and the improvement of container handling capacity of container yard,and even hindering the improvement of overall economic benefits of container yard.Therefore,based on the resource management of container yard in Qingdao qianwan container terminal,thispaper conducts an effective optimization study on how to reasonably and effectively utilize the resource of container yard.Its research content is mainly carried out from the following aspects.Firstly,introduce the container terminal,container yard,general layout,yard space and equipment resources around the main concepts of container terminal;Based on the theory of container terminal yard,the significance of resource optimization is discussed.Secondly,an overview of the basic conditions of Qingdao qianwan container terminal and yard management characteristics of resources,and focusing on yard space and equipment resources management present situation analysis,through the questionnaire survey analysis of main problems of yard in the process of resource utilization,and then in Qingdao qianwan container terminal yard resource management on the basis of the space and equipment resources as the main object for resource optimization.In terms of storage yard space resources,resource management optimization is carried out by perfecting container terminal storage yard operation plan,reasonably planning and layout of storage yard and other schemes.In terms of equipment resources of the storage yard,resource management optimization is carried out by pushing forward the transformation of automatic tyrecrane plug and plug,innovating the port gathering mode,optimizing the process of pre-order container picking and optimizing the dynamic intelligent dispatch of collection CARDS and other schemes.Finally,put forward the safeguard measures to improve the production plan,organize the business level of personnel and improve the container storage yard management system,so as to implement and promote the optimization of storage yard resource management.
