Whether the product meets ergonomic requirements during product design and development is one of the most important factors influencing the development cycle and the cost.It is also a crucial factor for whether a new product can be endorsed by the end user.The traditional ergonomic analysis process is through the development of physical prototypes,repeated evaluation and optimization until it meets the requirements,but the prototype production and modification takes longer time and higher cost.With the advent of virtual simulation technology,three-dimensional human model interaction with virtual products to achieve ergonomic analysis of products,but the establishment of realistic virtual scene model takes longer time,and cannot truly reflect the user's intuitive Feel.This paper presents the use of augmented reality techniques to enable users to participate in ergonomic analysis of the product design process by accurately superimposing the virtual model into a real environment.Thus,it helps to shorten the design cycle,reduce design costs and promote efficient communication between designers and users.Based on the research of ergonomics theory and augmented reality technology,the following work has been done:First of all,aiming at the problems in the optimization and evaluation of the ergonomics of fire engine compartments,combined with the ergonomics theory,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and augmented reality technology,clarify the scheme of an optimal design system for a fire occupant compartment based on augmented reality technology.Secondly,in-depth study of ergonomics theory in passenger compartment optimization application,Analysis of the passenger compartment seat comfort,vision,upper and lower convenience,the range of hand reach,establish an optimization model for the ergonomics of the firefighter crew room.And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish an ergonomic evaluation model for the occupant room,which provides a basis for the ergonomic evaluation of the fire fighter crew room.Thirdly,aiming at the insufficient frame rate of augmented reality technology in the application process,the key technology of 3D registration of augmented reality is studied,and the 3D registration process is implemented based on the improved LK optical flow algorithm to improve the real-time performance of augmented reality system.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned method and technology research,an ergonomics optimization design system for fire engine occupant compartments based on augmented reality technology is developed,and the correctness of the system is verified through comprehensive evaluation of the ergonomics of the fire engine compartment.
