Rocket launcher is an important weapon in modern war.It can carry out a variety of combat tasks in the battlefield,and has a wide range of tactical application value.With the flow of troops and equipment update,the soldiers are lack of knowledge of rocket launcher,which makes it difficult to solve the problem after failure.With the development of computer tech and graphics tech,augmented reality tech is more and more applied to practice.This paper studies the application of augmented reality in rocket launcher maintenance,and provides a new solution for rocket launcher maintenance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current rocket maintenance process,finds out the weak links,puts forward the overall scheme of rocket launcher maintenance auxiliary system based on augmented reality,selects unity3 d as the system development platform,and determines the system development process based on Hololens.Secondly,the key tech of augmented reality system is studied.Combined with the characteristics of Hololens glasses and unity3 d platform,the tracking registration of the system is realized by using plane identification and slam.The gesture recognition of the system is realized by deep camera.The gesture interaction of the system is realized by combining the Phys X physical engine,collision detection function and spatial positioning component.Then,the matching method of fault information is studied,and a variety of fault diagnosis methods are analyzed.According to the actual situation of rocket launcher maintenance,the fault information is summarized by taking a rocket launcher as an example,and a fault diagnosis model based on Bayesian network is established and verified.Finally,the real rocket virtual model is established,and the fault diagnosis and maintenance guidance database is constructed according to the fault information.The C# program script is written according to the characteristics of unity3 d engine.The expected functions are realized according to the overall scheme of the system,and the effect is displayed.The problems existing in the demonstration case are analyzed and optimized.
