The use of a paper-based manual for conventional satellite assembly is a lot of inconvenience,especially in the complex working conditions of narrow space tilt installed and blind area will face the poor visibility poor.Single is difficult to deal with problems,lead to low efficiency,high rework rate.Using augmented reality technology to realize the visual display of assembly information,and then induces the assembly process,the problems can be solved effectively.Combined with the Equipment Division of a pre-research project,this paper induced by satellite assembly augmented reality system design as the research background,focus on the research of system architecture design,marker design and identification technology,3D registry,develop a authentication system,the following research achievements have been achieved.For typical satellite assembly condition to strengthen the function of induced demand,this paper proposes a satellite assembly based on wearable augmented reality induction system,implements the blind area visual,assembly information and the assembly process of visual display,assembly effect enhancement,etc.Aimed at the assembly parts and 3D registration feature identification requirements,such as considering satellite development of tailings control is strict,is put forward based on the QR code identification of identity recognition and 3D assembly registration features identity integration scheme.The typical working process of the assembly enhanced induction system provides the technical basis for the development of the system.Based on the scheme of satellite assembly induced system and the 3D registration feature identification,a 3D registration technology based on QR codes is presented.Using the geometric particularity of the location detection zone of the QR code,it is used to locate the real scene of 3d registration.A four-point localization algorithm based on multi-location detection is proposed to realize the reuse of QR code.Because the QR code can be sprayed on the surface of the satellite components,it can meet the satellite construction specifications.And QR code provides accurate positioning feature,the precision of 3D registration is improved.In order to verify the feasibility of the satellite assembly enhanced induction system and related technologies,a new verification system for satellite assembly enhancement induction based on augmented reality glasses was designed,the virtual model database is developed,the virtual model fusion module and 3D registration algorithm is developed.The principle verification system is constructed.Through the verified experimentally of the functions and related technologies,the experimental results show the feasibility of the proposed system and the effectiveness of the key technologies.
