The mobile racking machine is a special equipment for lifting and maintenance of rail vehicles and is one of the important equipments for maintenance and maintenance of metro vehicles.It can be conveniently and quickly moved to the required working position.The automatic control system can be used to lift the train by single or multi-machine linkage and synchronous lifting to complete the train overhaul and maintenance.The application scope is extensive.At present,the control system of the trolley machine uses PID control.Because the control system is a nonlinear system,the motor will catch up with each other when the truck is moving up and down.Therefore,maintaining the synchronization between the motors is the focus of this study.First of all,according to the mechanical structure and working principle of the trolley machine,the key components of the synchronous control system are determined as the inverter and the asynchronous motor,and they are mathematically modeled.Through the in-depth study of the current synchronization method,the master-slave synchronization control method is used as the control method of the carriage.In addition,the control model is simplified to mathematically model the carriage system and calculate the transfer function of key components.Second,the PID controller,fuzzy PID controller synchronization control algorithm and control principles are studied in-depth.This paper combines PID control and fuzzy control,proposes a synchronous control system based on fuzzy PID control algorithm,and then uses MATLAB to simulate and simulate,and makes data analysis.According to the simulation results,it can be concluded that: the carriage under the fuzzy PID control System synchronization,stability,and rapidity have improved significantly.Finally,using the experimental platform,the fuzzy PID parameters online self-adjustment to ensure system control accuracy,design and write PLC control program,complete the touch screen configuration design.Then the program is compiled and debugged,and the feasibility of the design scheme is verified through simulation tests.The simulation and test of the electric control system of the mobile rack car is further performed.The results show that the control accuracy of the system has been significantly improved,can well meet the control requirements of mobile racking machine.
