Each year with the arrival of the winter heating season, the northern cities of PM2.5 values are extraordinary. At the same time, the electro thermal film heating system has no noise and emissions. It is not harm the human body, and it is clean and environmental protection. In the end, the choice of Siemens S7-300 series PLC as electro thermal film temperature control system control core, and chooses microcontroller STC89C52 and A/D conversion chip MAX186 to realize the collection of 16 channels analog. Through the comparison of PID, fuzzy and fuzzy PID, the system chooses the fuzzy PID control algorithm. It has ability to realize accuracy and stability of the system.
