Shield is a kind of tunnel excavating special engineering machinery.It sets of electrical,hydraulic,measurement,control,materials and other multi-disciplinary technology at an organic whole.It has high construction speed,high automatic degree and the tunnel molding.It always restricts the development of shield construction technology as a result of scientific research and technology behind in China.So researching a high level of the shield machine and relating experiments is an effective way to improve the shield technology.This paper completed the miniature of the shield machine hydraulic and electric system design through theoretical calculation,modeling,simulation and software programming.First the paper introduced the tiny shield machine cutter head,shape and design principle of screw conveyor hydraulic system.Then the article has carried on the hydraulic parameters calculation,selection,checking,AMEsim modeling and simulation.Secondly the article established a mathematical model of the multi-cylinder synchronous propulsion control system and adopted the master-slave synchronization control strategy.Then adopted the excellent performance of the conventional PID and fuzzy PID controller and used the Matlab/Simulink software simulation analysis.The simulation results show that using fuzzy PID control system response speed,stable performance was better.Then established mathematical model and designed the compound control method to adjust soil bin pressure dynamic balance.At the same time respectively adopted the conventional and fuzzy PID controller in the system and Matlab/Simulink simulation.The simulation results showed that used fuzzy PID compound control system control performance was better.Finally completed the shield machine hardware,software design whitch including the main,the design principle of control circuit,electrical components selection,PLC programming and the design of the touchscreen interface,etc.
