Horizontal Mobile Rack is a new storage facility in China's logistic industry. Compared to traditional immovable rack, it has advantages of less floor space, better efficiency and more energy saving. Nowadays, our country is under rapid development of economy but in bad lack of land resources and energy, in this situation, researching on and widespread use of Horizontal Mobile Rack become more and more important. Horizontal Mobile Rack is divided into Rail-Bound Horizontal Mobile Rack and Non-Rail Horizontal Mobile Rack, the later is more convenient and flexible to manipulate. The research mainly study on technique of Non-Rail Horizontal Mobile Rack's moving control system like safety control and synchronous control, and developed moving control system based on MCU. Proved by tests, this control system is reliable, steady and accurate in operation, and reaches the requirement of practical application.Main points of the thesis are provided as follow:In Chapter 1, the current situation and development trend of Horizontal Mobile Rack was summarized and aim and significance of the research was pointed out.In Chapter 2, explicate the controlling methods in safety detection and movement detection, through analyzing on theory and construction of Horizontal Mobile Rack's moving system.In Chapter 3, introduced the MCU interface techniques of Horizontal Mobile Rack moving control system, and the theory and schematic circuit diagram of digital input/output interface, analog output interface, optical encoder interface and serial communication interface.In Chapter 4, explicate the core techniques of Horizontal Mobile Rack moving control system: the theory and implementation of synchronous control technique, and analyzed the principle and construction of fuzzy control technique.In Chapter 5, illustrate the implementation and control flow of Horizontal Mobile Rack's moving control software based on MCU.In Chapter 6, use an example to analyze the implementation effectiveness of Non-Rail Horizontal Mobile Rack's moving control system, and proved its feasibility.Finally, the conclusion was made and the prospect of the future improvement was also given.
