Research And Application Of LNG Project Standardization

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the number of construction enterprises is increasing year by year,at the same time,the competition among industries is more intense.The level of project management of construction enterprises in China is gradually improving,but compared with the developed countries,There is still a certain gap,how to improve the standardization level of engineering project management in construction enterprises,enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises,and then improve the economic efficiency and scale of enterprises,change the traditional and extensive business model of enterprises,Has become the construction industry enterprises to face and solve the problem.This paper from the standards,standardization,project management and other basic concepts and connotations,through a large number of documents at home and abroad to understand and analyze,revealing the connotation and characteristics of project management standardization,for the research and application of project standardization lay a good theoretical foundation;Then,the author through to the present stage project management development State and the existence fundamental question,launches the elaboration and the research,obtains through the project standardization management to solve the enterprise management question,and promotes the enterprise management development from the root.Taking the case enterprise Dalian LNG as the research object,this paper analyzes the establishment,operation and implementation effect of the standardization of the project from the aspects of the standardization management,safety management,quality management,civilized construction management and so on.By using the method of questionnaire survey and statistic analysis to collect the data of the case index,the key index of the project management standardization was identified by interviewing and management personnel.Through the maturity analysis model to measure the maturity of enterprise project standardization,through the Maturity model,the index elements are grouped according to the dominating relation,the one or two-level index of the evaluation factor is determined,and finally the grade of the standardization maturity of the project is realized through the fivelevel maturity model,For the next step of the Enterprise Project Standardization management upgrade to provide the general guidance.Through scientific methods and models,this paper deeply studies the establishment,operation and problems of the standardization of the project,and through the analysis and research of the problem,finds out the method to solve the problem,and provides the reference and suggestion for the standardization of Enterprise project management.
