The construction industry has always been the pillar industry of our nationaleconomy, in recent years, with the increasing of construction industry enterprises, theconstruction market becoming saturated, and competition is more intense;"elevenfive" countries put forward the "going out" strategy, the construction industry toactively participate in the construction of infrastructure of global competition.Compared with the developed countries, the management of engineeringconstruction in our country, especially the construction site management is still in the"extensive" management stage, the law, not through the chapter have occurred fromtime to time, carrying out the current promulgated by the state, local, industry issuedissued technical specification, rules and regulations, construction site managementmechanism in the construction of a match with advanced, feasible, to promote theproject construction site management level, improve the construction project qualitylevel, enhance the core competitiveness of construction enterprises is very important.Based on this, this paper expounds how to implement the foothold in the existingtechnology standard promulgated in the site construction process; to implement thesetechnical standards, construction site standardization management mechanism, andthe corresponding design appropriate standardization implementation process,implementation of key points is very important, the implementation of standardizedconstruction, this paper mainly studies the building construction project thestandardization of the management mechanism, and this mechanism on the basis ofthis mechanism.Then, the author through the basic content analysis of construction standard,construction of the building construction project appropriate standardizationmanagement mechanism, design the construction quality management mode ofconstruction management based on process, design of the safety management modelof construction project management as the key to the elements, and designs thequality standardization management and safety standardization management theimplementation of the content and requirements, looking forward to the quality andsafety standards through the implementation of standardized constructionmanagement as the main content, can improve construction quality level, reduce theoccurrence of engineering safety accident, so as to improve the overall level ofbuilding construction project. Then, the author takes the management mechanism and the implementation ofconstruction project as the evaluation object, construct the maturity of specificevaluation model. With the main contents of construction project management andimplementation mechanisms for level indicator elements, to implement therequirements for the two index factors, builds the index system of maturity evaluationmodel; evaluation index to level two, level evaluation index, maturity evaluation asthe key point, constructs the maturity evaluation model of evaluation system. Throughthe establishment of maturity evaluation model, evaluated to conceive the theory ofconstruction project management mechanism and implementation.Finally, five real construction project research based on the experience, as thebacking, with maturity assessment of construction project constructionstandardization management mechanism and the implementation of the model as thebasis, the effectiveness of the theory in the specific construction projects werecompared for assessment, at the end of this theory are summarized, and the putforward the research direction in next stage.
