Mediation Analysis Of Executive Causal Logic Cognition Between The External Driving Force Of Construction Enterprise Implementing Green Construction Pattern And Business Model Innovation

With the rapid development of green construction theory,construction enterprises pay more attention to the role of green construction in business model innovation.However,at present,relevant researches of cross field of green construction and business model innovation of construction enterprise are relatively lacking,especially,the influence of the top team on the above two should be studied urgently.Thus,the following questions are proposed: Will the external driving force of construction enterprise implementing green construction pattern drive enterprise to carry on the business model innovation? If there is a certain degree of driving,so,as the core variable influencing corporate behavior,what role does executive causal logic cognition play? And to what degree?This research used Clau?’s business model innovation theory which included three dimensionalities of value creation innovation,value proposition innovation,and value capture innovation,constructed the theoretical model of the relationship among the external driving force of construction enterprise implementing green construction pattern,executive causal logic cognition,and business model innovation of construction enterprise,collected 351 valid questionnaires and research objects included managers of construction enterprises and other relevant enterprises,as well as scholars of fields of green construction and business model innovation of construction enterprise,and then empirically tested.The research find that:(1)Executive causal logic cognition played partial mediating roles respectively in the relationship between the external driving force and 3 first dimensions of business model innovation,and the percentage of mediating effects of executive causal logic cognition among 3 relationships in total effects were close to 50%.So executives of construction enterprises should make full use of its causal logic cognition advantages to achieve more excellent strategic decisions.(2)When planning policies of promoting green construction,the government should regard construction enterprises and owners as major objects,improve incentive and constraint mechanisms of policies related green construction,and play a piloting role in the process of cultivating talents related green construction aiming at the public,universities,education institutions and related enterprises in the construction industry.(3)For the business model innovation ways of construction enterprise based on green construction,the dimensionality of value creation innovation should especially consider capability innovation,technology and equipment innovation;the dimensionality of value proposition innovation should especially consider customer and market innovation,offering innovation;the dimensionality of value capture innovation should especially consider revenue model innovation.To some extent,this research opens a door that the external driving force of construction enterprise implementing green construction pattern acts on business model innovation of construction enterprise,and enriches the cross field of green construction and business model innovation of construction enterprise.
