Study Of Bus Priority Technology Based On WSN

Our government pays high attention to the development of public transport,and considers it the strategy with the same height as Scientific Development View and Socialist Harmonious Society.? Implementing Opinion of Prior Development of Urban Public Transport?has been published in 2010 by Harbin Government.And it reflects the importance of bus priority.However,as a cold and big northern city,Harbin still has long intervals between buses,unreasonable line planning and difficulties when waitting vehicle in extreme weather.Development of Internet of things and application of bus priority technology,provide technical support for the implementation of the strategy of bus priority.At the same time,Harbin is meeting the great opportunity of developing Intelligent Public Transport System.Therefore,how to use these new technologies to support the construction of Harbin Bus Priority System,need to be specialized researched and analysised.Based on the researching on existing bus priority technology and measures,the paper analyzed and summarized the existing main methods of bus priority signal controlling,divided into the intersection,road intersection along the bus line and main road;Based on WSN technology,the paper designed the software and hardware of Intelligent Public Transport System,involved vehicle nodes and nodes along the road;The paper surveyed the current situation of Xinyang Road Bus Corridor,designed Bus Priority System based on WSN technology,including system deployment,system communication,server system configuration,basic function design,software management platform function design,to achieve bus priority strategy,and to ensure the efficient,safe and smooth operation of bus system.Bus priority technology theory and methods used in this paper,would guide and support the construction of Harbin Xinyang Road Bus Corridor System,enhance management and operational efficiency of Bus Corridor System,and realize bus priority strategy.
