Study On Safety Risk Assessment Of Primary Design Of Highway Tunnel

With the increasing development of our country’s economy,there are more and more tunnel projects.Highway tunnels are high-risk projects with one-time irreversible construction,large investment,long cycle,manyuncertain factors,serious consequences of losses,complex risk relationships,and a large number of safety risk accidents in built and under construction highway tunnels at home and abroad.It caused huge economic losses and casualties,delaying the construction period,and caused a negative social impact.Doing a good job in the safety risk assessment of the tunnel construction from the source,especially in the preliminary design stage of the tunnel,carries out safety risk assessment during tunnel construction and operation,which is extremely important.In particular,relevant documents issued by the Ministry of Transport have been issued since 2010,and it is clearly proposed that some tunnels must undergo risk assessment at the initial design stage during the preliminary design phase.The preliminary design phase is the stage for determining the project construction plan.It is an important part of the safety management and control of the project.Conducting the safety assessment work during the preliminary design stage is conducive to strengthening the safety risk awareness,ensuring the safety of the project construction plan,and providing suggestions for the work of the construction drawing design stage.Requirements,reduce the probability of accidents and reduce economic losses.This article focuses on how to carry out process safety control of the construction project on the basis of the preliminary design risk assessment of highway tunnels and translate the theoretical research results into practice.The main contents,methods and principles of risk assessment in the preliminary design stage of highway tunnels are described.The design plan for the Xincun tunnel in Yongding Gaotouzhicheng section of the Yongding-Shanghang Expressway in Fujian Province is a concrete case.Through the risk assessment of the XinCun tunnel design scheme at various stages,the loss caused by the expected risk is minimized,andalso can improve project reliability.
