With the continuous advancement of China ’ s western development,the western transportation infrastructure constructions are mainly in mountainous areas,and tunnel construction accounts for a large part.Due to the complex geological environment in the western mountainous area,there are many unknown and uncertain factors in the process of tunnel construction,and the construction safety risk is large,which is easy to lead to tunnel construction accidents and bring serious threats to life and property.In order to ensure the safety and quality of tunnel construction,it is necessary to study the safety risk assessment and control of tunnel construction,and provide technical support for the safety risk management of tunnel construction.In this paper,the Longjinggou tunnel project of Guizhou Expressway was taken as the research object.The system engineering analysis method,risk assessment principle,rough set theory,set pair analysis theory and ’ black swan ’ concept were used.Combined with field investigation and survey design analysis,the risk assessment and control of Longjinggou tunnel construction of Guizhou Expressway were systematically studied.The main achievements:(1)The identification process of tunnel construction safety risk source and the conventional safety risk assessment method were systematically analyzed,and the basic process of tunnel construction safety risk assessment and control,tunnel construction safety risk classification and safety risk acceptance criteria were presented.(2)In view of the problems of incompleteness and uncertainty in the safety risk assessment index of tunnel construction,based on the complementary characteristics of rough set theory and set pair analysis theory in dealing with the problems of incompleteness and uncertainty,and on the basis of the systematic analysis of the safety risk sources and influencing factors of tunnel construction,the set pair analysis method of safety risk assessment of tunnel construction based on rough set theory(RST-SPT)was established.(3)Longjinggou tunnel project of Guizhou-Guizhou Expressway was taken as the research object,the RST-SPT method was used to identify and evaluate the risk sources of the construction safety risk of the Longjinggou tunnel of Guizhou-Guizhou Expressway,and the corresponding risk level was obtained.The evaluation results were compared with those of the expert investigation method,and the results showed that the RST-SPT method proposed in this paper was reasonable and feasible.(4)Based on the risk assessment results of various risk sources in Longjinggou tunnel construction of Guizhou-Guizhou Expressway,the overall risk level of Longjinggou tunnel construction stage is grade III,which belonged to high-risk tunnel construction.It is necessary to strengthen the control and management of key risk sources during construction,avoid the occurrence of sudden accidents in Longjinggou tunnel construction,reduce the loss of life and property,and improve the economic and social benefits of tunnel construction.(5)Because of the safety risk events of Longjinggou tunnel construction on Guizhou Expressway had the characteristics of small probability and suddenness,the concept of “ black swan ” was introduced,the correlation between “ black swan ” and the safety risk management of tunnel construction was analyzed,and the safety risk control management system of tunnel construction based on the concepts of “ black swan ”was established.The preliminary framework design of the safety risk control management system was given,and the risk control strategy of tunnel construction under the concept of “ black swan ”was proposed.These research results can be used as a supplement to the safety risk control management of Longjinggou tunnel construction in Guizhou Expressway,and provide suggestions for relieving the threat of “ black swan ”event to the safety risk management of tunnel construction.The theoretical defects of tunnel construction safety risk control management under the ’Black Swan ’ phenomenon were also remedied by these studies。...
