This paper researched on the electric-drive bulldozer.Firstly,according to the electric structure of the electric-drive crawler construction vehicle,combined with the operation characteristics of the crawler bulldozer,the electric power conversion type,structure scheme and assembly parts of the electric-drive system are determined.Secondly,the dynamics and kinematics characteristics of the bulldozer are analyzed.Then,based on the principles of the dynamics,economy and reliability of the electric-drive system,the generator input characteristics and motor output characteristics of the electric transmission are analyzed,The principle of matching the characteristics of generators with the engine is proposed,meanwhile,the theory of matching the engine-generator and the motor,and matching the common DC bus-bars are researched;combined with the design parameters and performance planning indicators of the electric-drive crawler bulldozer,the way of parameter calculation about the electric transmission elements is given;Finally,using AMESim simulation software and engineering machinery electric transmission test platform to test the proposed matching theory,completed the theoretical matching test and parameter test results analysis.The research results show that the engine parameter design basically meets the power demand of the electric transmission device,and its operating points are relatively concentrated and distributed in the low fuel consumption area;the operating point of the generator is distributed in the generator efficiency range of 93% to 96%,and is consistent with the match theory with the engine;the operating point of the motor is distributed in the high-efficiency range of the motor under earth-moving condition,and is mostly concentrated in the area of 88%~96% of the high-efficiency area of the motor.In this condition,The average efficiency of the electric drive system can reach 89%.Its theoretical matching and matched parameters about electric-drive components are relatively reasonable.
