| With the rapid worldwide development of earthwork operations, the quantity demandand performance requirements for machinery products are swollen, increasingly urgent.Bulldozers are self-propelled transport machinery, which work in extremely complexenvironment and are seriously influenced by the load. For this hence, it requires thatbulldozers have good dynamic property and traction to meet working productivity andeconomic demands. Reasonable matching or not of the engine, the hydraulic converter and thetransmission system directly affects the dynamic performance and fuel economy of the wholemachine, so the research of traction performance parameters matching for bulldozers issignificance and importance.With traction dynamics as the theoretical basis and the hydraulic mechanical bulldozerswhich are representative as the research object,this paper has done research on the followingsides:Firstly, through analysing the characteristics of the hydraulic mechanical bulldozerengine and torque converter, as well as their common work characteristics, this paper pointsout the basic indicators characterization of the machine performance and fuel economy fromcommon output characteristic curve, puts forward the reasonable matching conditions. And aswell calculates the ratio of transmission ratio. For the further study. All of these provide thebasic theory of the traction performance parameters matching for further research;Secondly, the author did the driving, the engine and hydraulic converter dynamic andtraction performance tests on model and standard prototype. By the analysis of experimentresults, we found that the internal resistance is larger than expected,, the initiate of hydraulictorque converter would be raised, the traction power keeps in60~70kW essentially. Bycalculating, we discovered that the maximum transmission ratio goes beyond the theoreticalvalue, therefore we should reduce it.Finally, according to the engine and hydraulic converter mathematical model, the authordeveloped the matching software with the VB language as the developing platform. And withthe software, the author draws draw the engine and hydraulic converter working together output characteristic curve, verifies the accuracy and usability of the theoretical calculation. |
