Bulldozer’s load is fluctuates violently and the change is influence traction performanceseriously. Therefore, which require bulldozer has better traction performance, give full play toits engine power, improve productivity and reliability, and achieve good economy. In thispaper, through the parameters of wheeled bulldozer, the purpose is matching machineparameters rationally, improving the working productivity and economy.Wheeled bulldozer researched in this paper is the engineering machinery driven bydiesel engine. Because the diesel engine’s torque adaptation coefficient is small, it is difficultto adapt to the frequently change of the external load of engineering machinery’srequirements, when using hydraulic mechanical transmission, which can obtain better tractioncharacteristics, has good adaptability to the fluctuation of load, reduce shake and strike, avoidthe engine flameout, realize infinitely variable speeds, make full use of the engine power.Therefore, it is necessary to research the wheeled bulldozer’s performance parametersmatching, which directly determines the whole performance, the working productivity, thefuel consumption rate and economy, has a certain theoretical significance and practical value.This thesis is mainly based on the existing research, establishing mathematical model ofwheeled bulldozer traction performance, analyzing working characteristics of the torqueconverter and diesel engine and the reasonable matching relationship, make full use of theadvantage of the hydraulic transmission, aim to gaining traction characteristics andperformance better, enhancing adaptability to the fluctuating load. At the same time, by usingthe related performance matching software analysis of factors such as heavy machine, rollingresistance coefficient, transmission efficiency, power consumption coefficient, frictioncoefficient, basic analysis of parameters for the effects of variables on the performance ofwheeled bulldozer. At the same time, because of the analysis considering on the rollingresistance coefficient and transmission efficiency and power consumption coefficient andfriction coefficient, the performance matching software is used in the parameters matching ofwheeled bulldozer’s performance. Aim to give full play to motive power, improve workingproductivity, reduce fuel consumption, and enhance its economy. Finally, compare and analyze the software results and experimental results on the TL240H wheeled bulldozer, inorder to verify the correctness and scientific of the mathematical model. The study provides atheoretical basis for the research of wheeled bulldozer’s performance parameters matching,and has theoretical and practical significance.
