Hangzhou city short of water,according to the "Hangzhou water resources bulletin" shows that in 2014 the city of Hangzhou water resources per capita is 1833.2 cubic meters,lower than the province's per capita level and the national average level,only 21% of the world's water resources per capita,according to the international standard,Hangzhou city belongs to the moderate water deficit.Hangzhou city water saving management began in the last century in 80 s,is one of the earlier water-saving work in the city.Hangzhou city in2002 by the State Economic and Trade Commission,the Ministry of construction as the first batch of "national water-saving city",2006,2011 and 2015 three by the Ministry of construction,development and Reform Commission,the national water-saving city "review.But in recent years,with a total of five water treatment "," two Zhejiang ","beautiful Hangzhou " and other new policies to promote water conservation in Hangzhou City,especially in unconventional water resources(such as rainwater and reclaimed water)puts forward new requirements for use.With the expansion of the urban area of Hangzhou,the management of water saving in Hangzhou has also changed.In order to better promote the Hangzhou city water conservation work,the author analyzes the present situation of Hangzhou City,the problems and challenges,combing existing water resources mainly include: understanding deviation,the leakage rate is low,low utilization of unconventional water,water management,water-saving work schedule resources scattered inconsistent and difficult to carry out the work of saving water.And learn from the experience of Shanghai,India city's water shortage,put forward correcting the deviation,leakage control,and vigorously promote the use of unconventional water resources,improve water conservation organization system,improve the water-saving regulations construction,strengthen the industrial water-saving efforts,countermeasures and suggestions in seven aspects of city water management information technology application etc.Hope to provide guidance for the future water saving work in Hangzhou,so that the water saving level of Hangzhou has a big development on the basis of the current.
