The performance evaluation of railway transportation enterprises has received more and more attention after the railway corporation has made great efforts to promote the reform of railway market.Railway companies are facing the problem of insufficient construction funds,to solve the problem of breach is trying to improve all aspects of the management in order to improve the management benefit,and to raise more capital.Real scientific performance evaluation system not only can the assessment work performance is also better to implement the strategy of enterprise,but the current railway company performance appraisal mechanism unable to meet the needs of the operating railway company development.Therefore,this paper takes SH railway company as the research object and designs a set of performance evaluation system according to the actual requirements of railway transportation enterprises.The advantage of the balanced scorecard mainly embodies in the management of the enterprise strategy and performance,it can be from a financial dimension,the customer dimension,internal process dimension and learning and growth dimension comprehensively,dynamically display enterprise strategy the key success factors,points out shortcomings existing in the performance management of enterprise,and provides the improvement direction and train of thought,promote the continuous improvement of enterprise performance evaluation in order to better implement the strategy of enterprise.The balanced scorecard is emphasizes the close relationship between corporate performance and strategy,in the process of actual use,the railway company should according to own actual situation,to enterprise strategic target as a starting point,the flexibility to apply,make the performance evaluation system of the railway company more mature,for performance evaluation of railway companies to establish a better system for reference.On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories and research status of domestic and foreign performance evaluation,this paper summarizes the achievements made by previous researches on this issue.Then the related concepts of performance evaluation are defined and related theories of enterprise performance evaluation are explained.Through the understanding of the basic situation of SH railway company and the introduction of the current railway company's performance evaluation system,this paper points out a series of problems existing in the existing performance evaluation system of SH company.Reference design idea of the balanced scorecard,and then from a financial dimension,internal business process dimension,the customer dimension,learning and growth dimension selection performance evaluation indicators,when determining the index weight using the analytic hierarchy process,the final design a set of complete performance evaluation system,which is beneficial to SH company performance evaluation studies,and achieve the sustainable development of the enterprise.Of course,other railway companies with similar properties can also refer to the performance evaluation system designed in this paper when conducting performance evaluation.
