To change the plight of urban and rural development is not balanced,the current our country urban and rural construction development focus is from the "city development" to "urban and rural areas as a whole".Around in urban and rural areas as a whole,and communities in endeavoring to promote village planning and construction.How to seize the opportunity,make one accords with the practice of development,arouse the vigour of village regeneration and development of new urbanization path,become a key issue.In this paper,the perspective of urban and rural areas as a whole to plan as a whole urban and rural areas,urban and rural integration of theoretical basis,to explore urban and rural areas as a whole and the role of village space development and relations.By analyzing and summarizing present situation of quanzhou village,refined village space development characteristics,analysis of spatial development problems and restricting factors,the specific optimization measures were also suggested.Typical cases at home and abroad for reference,sum up and refine the useful experience of accords with the practice of quanzhou.In spatial development mode as the breakthrough point,from the optimization space system,promoting village urbanization,proposed to explore the development model of village space three aspects,in view of the uneven distribution,population outflow,industry,land erosion problems such as inefficient,culture,put forward the optimization of layout,the revitalization of the economy,agglomeration development,land consolidation,new community construction,etc.Which put forward the concrete policy of space development pattern partition boot,to further explore and guide the village layout adjustment in the process of urbanization.
